RULES OF THE LEAGUE

Human vs Human Games:
- Wear your headset. This is expected because communication is an important part of the sim experience. You dont have to chat, but if you have a working mic you do have to be available to discuss whatever comes up in the game. IE it is preferred that onside kicks and 4th down attempts are announced beforehand.
4th-down: Going for it on 4th down while in the first half, is only allowed if you're down by 17 or more points (three scores). We don't want anyone going for it on 4th down if there's no need for a desperation call. Play Defense. If you are trailing by more than two scores at anytime in the second half, you may try to convert a 4th down.
-If you're up late in the game and it's a close score (3 point lead or less) you may go for it on 4th down to put yourself up by two scores. If you're up by 5 or more points, in most cases you kick the FG. If it's a 3 point lead and you have the ball in the game its a judgement call.
Hurry-up Offense is restricted to two minutes or less in each half, or being behind by 14 points in the second half.
Goal Line Formation is only allowed inside your own 20 and inside your opponent’s 20. The jumbo formation falls under the Goal Line restrictions.
-Excluding the goal-line and jumbo formations, one WR should be on the field at all times.

Games Started: Any owner that quits a game against the CPU will lose a first round draft pick and may be immediately removed from the league. Its hard to monitor this because life happens. But if life seems to be happening alot then actions will be taken. This is the biggest offense to the league.
- This is a SIM league and we want SIM Stats... or rather stats that are obtained in the process of being SIM. Run an actual balanced offense.
- The rules that apply to human games apply to sim games... Although we wont be as strict about going for it on 4th down. That's a judgment call for you, but at the same time lets not do it 5 times a game.

Franchise Advance:
The madden holix franchise will run on a tight schedule of 48 hour advance. If the games are done sooner then the league will advance sooner, if there are games that still need to be played at the 48 hour advance time then actions will be taking as followed...
User Vs User:
If no contact between the two users has been made with each other or one of the commish's the game is a sim. If one person has been on but the other has not then the non active user will be booted for that week so the game can be played and they can rejoin at a later time.
User Vs CPU:
If there is a game that needs to be played vs the CPU at the 48 hour advance time then the game will be simmed.
IF A USER GET 3 SIMS vs USER'S then they will be booted from the league unless the commish states otherwise.
Trading Rules
No Trading with CPU teams regardless...
Trading with other humans must be posted in the trading forum and if both owners agree and the comish agrees the trade will be processed.
Offseason Rules
There will be no mandatory drops issued although your team must be under the team CAP before you can play a game. If not then your team will lose your best offense player (excluding QB) for a week and continue untill your cap is under.
Draft times will be set ahead of time and will be voted on by the owners...the time with the most votes will be the time set for the draft.
EVERY OWNER MUST READ AND POST BELOW THAT THEY AGREE TO THE RULES!
